CASALE CASBA
A Place Where History Intertwines with the Land

In the heart of Tenuta La Greca, nestled among the Sicani Mountains, stands Casale Casba, an ancient rural complex of timeless charm. Its origins are lost to memory, but its solid and authentic foundations most likely date back to the 17th century.
Once known as “Case Pintaloro”, the farmhouse was the soul of a vast agricultural estate: the landowners lived on the upper floors, while the lower levels housed the farmworkers, stables, and storage rooms for fodder and seeds. Built from local stone using traditional Sicilian construction techniques, it rests on a natural terrace about 650 meters above sea level, offering a breathtaking view.
Today, Casale Casba has come back to life, becoming a place of hospitality and remembrance. Inside, visitors can experience rural tourism activities authentic accommodation, zero-kilometer dining, a farm shop for direct sales of the estate’s products, and immersive experiences for those who wish to connect with the land and rediscover its flavors, rhythms, and rural culture. Here, between past and present, the land tells its story.
